Our head chef leads Napa Thai with a deep-rooted passion for authentic Thai cuisine. Raised in a family kitchen and trained in Food & Nutrition, his journey spans nearly a decade across five countries and nine renowned establishments. From China to Singapore, Vietnam to Bahrain, Chef Arnan’s culinary path is marked by precision, creativity, and global insight.
Now as Executive Chef at Napa Thai, he brings refined artistry and heartfelt tradition to every dish — delivering bold, soulful Thai flavors with uncompromising authenticity.
